A Walk to Remember is a 2002 movie starring Mandy Moore and Shane West.
The story is about a girl named Jamie (Moore) who lives with her father, a pastor at a Baptist church. Jamie has leukemia and wears her religion on her sleeve and spends every day like it's her last. Landon (West) is a guy who lives life as a normal teen and parties every weekend. One night with his friends may change his life forever.
Meant as an acting vehicle for Moore, A Walk was panned by critics and performed poorly at the box office.
