Arne Næss Center of Ecology and Philosopy (ANCEP), located in Norway, is a Norwegian flotation aimed at Norwegian students. The goal of ANCEP is to spread knowledge and understanding when it comes to ecology, philosophy and non-violence.

In 2003 ANCEP changed it's name to Gateway College because of financial problems. The institution has schoolcenters in the following locations: Bali, Mexico, Canada, London, New York, San Francisco, Cape Town. Due to numerous complaints from the students attending in Cuba, autumn 2003, the center was temporarily shut down.

Arne Næss is the ecologist and activist that founded the Deep Ecology movement. He's a Professor Emeritus at the University of Oslo.

The possible surplus each year is donated to a fond called THINK.
