Klarström, who has studied Music and Economics, was earlier active in Nordiska Rikspartiet. In 1986 he was sentenced for threats against entertainer Hagge Geigert (he allegedely said "We will burn you, you fucking jewish bastard") as well as harassement of anti-fascists.
