Autzen Stadium is a sports facility owned and operated by the University of Oregon Athletic Department. The stadium was opened in 1967; after several expansions, it now seats approximately 54,000.

While the main spectacle at Autzen is Duck football, it also hosts other events, such as the Oregon 4-A championship football game, and marching band camps. It was recently described by Michigan head football coach Lloyd Carr as "the loudest stadium I've ever been in."

Tucked between the Willamette River and Coburg Hills, Autzen’s unique shaped bowl fits perfectly with the wooded Eugene landscape. Students arrive to the game walking on a 1/8th-mile scenic footbridge over the Willamette. You better walk, too. With parking passes a premium, only those with deep pockets are pulling in and tailgating. Everyone else can hike to the Moshofsky Center, Oregon’s indoor practice facility next to Autzen, where adult beverages and food are on sale before kickoff.
