Avant Browser (previously called IE Opera) is a browser software. The lastest version Avant 8.02 Build 107 was released on October 21, 2003. It can run on the platform of Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Based on Internet Explorer kernel, it has lots of features as Opera, like multi-window, block pop-up pages etc. It can be taken as the balance between IE and Opera.
