Avery Township is a township located in
Montmorency County, Michigan. As of the
2000 census, the township had a total population of 717.

mi²). 90.7 km² (35.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.74% water.

2000, there are 717 people, 309 households, and 218 families residing in the township. The
