Main Page | See live article | Alphabetical index A ball gag is a gag, usually made of rubber or silicone in the shape of a sphere with straps attatched at each end of one diameter. Ball gags are used in BDSM activities. In use, the ball is strapped into the mouth behind the teeth, with the straps going around the head to secure it in place. A ring gag is a similar device to a ball gag, except that the ball is replaced by a hollow ring.
