Bedworth is a market town in Warwickshire, England. The town is located between Coventry and Nuneaton, just north of Coventry, and is in the district of Nuneaton and Bedworth. In 1991 the town had a population of 41,991.

Bedworth until quite recently was a coal mining town. But in recent years the mining industry has almost disappeared, brick making is now one of the town's main industries. Due to its close proximity to Coventry, Bedworth is now largely a commuter town.

Bedworth is next to the M6 motorway. The Coventry Canal flows through the town.
