Benjamin Peter James Bradshaw (born August 30, 1960) is a British Labour Member of Parliament for Exeter (since May 1997), as well as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (the most junior rank of government minister) at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (since June 2003). He was one of the first gay MPs to be "out" at the time he was initially elected; his Conservative opponent was a "family values" campaigner who made sexuality an issue in the campaign.
