Jacob Benjamin Wegner (1795-1864) was a Prussian-Norwegian industrialist born in Königsberg, and diplomat for the Hanseatic city states. He was Director General and co-owner of the Modums Blaafarveværk, the world leading producer of cobalt pigment, from 1823-1849.

Frogner Hovedgaard

In Norway he resided on the estate of Frogner Hovedgaard, where Frognerparken and the Vigeland Sculpture Park is found today.
