Cezzar Ahmet Pasa (Pasha) (?-1804) was an Ottoman general who defeated Napoleon Bonaparte during his Egypt campaign in Syria near the Castle of Saida.

After the capture of Egypt (which was then an Ottoman territory) in 1789 by Bonaparte, the French army attempted to invade Syria. However, Cezzar Ahmet achieved to stop the French troops near the Castle of Saida, with some 3000 soldiers.

After weeks of besiegement, Cezzar Ahmet decided to engage his soldiers and won a decisive victory. Napoleon Bonaparte, whose fleet in Egypt had been destroyed by Nelson at the Battle of the Nile, by this time, decided to abandon his troops from Syria and Egypt and turn back to France.

Ahmet died in 1804 of an unknown disease.
