Most Tokyo-bound visitors land in New Tokyo International Airport which oddly enough is not situated in Tokyo but in Narita City. Visitors take either the JR Narita Line or the Keisei line to Tokyo.

Prefectural symbols

Chiba's Meibutsu (名物 lit: famous thing) is peanuts. Most of Japan's peanuts are harvested here and are also processed into peanut oils.
