The Communist Party of Great Britain (Provisional Central Committee) is a tiny British Leninist political party, which publishes the Weekly Worker newspaper, noted for its commentary on - some say gossip about - other socialist groups.

The CPGB (PCC) were originally formed as a split from the Communist Party of Great Britain, centred around The Leninist newspaper. After the break-up of the CPGB, they declared their intention to reforge the Party on what they declared to be "firm Leninist principles". They took the CPGB name - but not its assets, and changed the name of their paper. They have gradually moved away from their roots, towards working with Trotskyist groups such as the Alliance for Workers Liberty.

The party was for a short while embedded in the Socialist Labour Party, but left to join the Socialist Alliance.
