Lord Cullen has conducted enquiries or inquiries into two major British disasters, both of which are known as the Cullen Inquiry or Cullen Enquiry, viz.
- The Dunblane Massacre of schoolchildren, 13 March 1996.
- The Ladbroke Grove rail disaster, west London of 5 October 1999.
