Deggial, or Dejjial, is a figure being told in an Arabian folklore as being a name of the anti-god. "An unbeliever of the sons of God, disbeliever of the book". He has one eye and one brow, with a mark of cefer on his forehead (which represents infidelity).

Mentioned in Chapter 16 of "The Arabian Nights": "Sinbad Voyage 1" or "First Voyage"

"Also to while away the time of waiting I explored a little island named Cassel, which belonged to King Mihrage, and which was supposed to be inhabited by a spirit named Deggial. Indeed, the sailors assured me that often at night the playing of timbals could be heard upon it."

Deggial is also an album and title song released by heavy metal band Therion in 2000.
