Dillinja is a Drum and Bass DJ and Producer from Brixton who, together with coproducer Lemon D, are still at the peak of their careers (2003). He is considered a genius by many drum and bass fans for having pushed the boundaries of this kind of music forward, especially the way bass frequencies are used within his music. This can only be fully experienced by hearing it over a proper Drum and Bass sound system, especially the Valve system, which shares its' name with Dillinja's record label. It is recommended that ear plugs be worn at his drum and bass dance parties - bass vibrations shake your entire body and different types of bass sounds vibrate different parts of your body in different ways. This is true of most hard drum and bass in clubs, none more extreme than Dillinja who specialises in it.
Dillinja takes his name from Dillinger the Jamaican reggae artist.
