The name is taken from the movie Orgazmo, a cult-classic comedy film by Trey Parker; in the movie, the term "DVDA" stands for Double Vaginal Double Anal, a sexual position where two men penetrate the vagina, and another two men will penetrate the anus, of a single woman with their penises, simultaneously. Although this position occurs during the events of the movie (offscreen, of course), it would seem to be physically impossible; in any case, it has yet to occur in actual pornography.
