The Edmonton Trappers are a minor league baseball (Triple A) team operating in the Pacific Coast League. Home games are played at Telus Field (capacity 9200) in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and the team is the only remaining Canadian club in the PCL.

The Trappers have celebrated three PCL titles in the past decade, most recently in 2002 under the affiliation of the Minnesota Twins (American League). As of 2003, the team is now the major affiliate of the Montreal Expos (National League).

In October 2003, it was announced that the Trappers would move to Round Rock, Texas starting with the 2005 season. The team was purchased by a group led by Hall of Famerr Nolan Ryan and his son Reid. The Trappers will become the Round Rock Express; the existing Class AA Texas League team by that name in Round Rock will move to Corpus Christi, Texas and receive a new name.
