Elspeth MacGegor Cameron (born 1943) is a Canadian writer most known for her biographies of noted Canadian literary figures such as Hugh MacLennan, Irving Layton, Earle Birney, and Robertson Davies. She has also published a volume of poetry and an autobiographical work. She currently lives in St. Catherines, Ontario
