Evington is a village in Leicester, England. It used to be a small village centred around Main Street and the Anglican church of St Denys but was close enough to Leicester to become one of the outer suburbs in the 1930s.

A large planned estate called North Evington was built to the north of the village, but is not part of the modern ward, which does include the large 1950s development based an Downing Drive and Spencefield Lane. The ward usually votes Tory.

Evington was the home of England international, Emile Heskey.
