Felicity Willis (born 1979) is a Puerto Rican women's basketball player.

Willis has been a four time all-star with the Criollas de Caguas women's BSN team. She has helped carry the Criollas to two championships.

She played college basketball in the United States with the University of Arizona Wildcats, and then, she moved on to the NWBL, where she played in the 2003 season with the Chicago Blaze. She has also seen action in the WNBA, joining the Washington Mystics in 2003 also.

Willis was bitten by a mosquito before the start of the 2003 Women's BSN season, causing her severe swelling on her right arm. Because of that, she was forced to miss the first half of the 2003 season in Puerto Rico. Despite her setback, the team won fourteen games and lost only one during the period she missed.

Willis is also head coach of a high school basketball team in Glendale, Arizona.

Willis played with the Puerto Rican women's national basketball team at the 2003 Central American and Caribbean Games in El Salvador.
