Hank Asher (born c. 1955) is a millionaire businessman and the founder of several companies that retrieve huge amounts of electronic information about individuals. In 2003, he was hired by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to help them identify potential terrorists. This has been highly controversial, largely because of Asher's alleged past links to drug smuggling.

In 1992, Asher founded Database Technologies, which later merged with ChoicePoint. In 1999, he founded Seisint Inc by merging two companies. He is still on Seisint's board of directors, and continues to play an active role in the company.
