Hebden Bridge is a town in the county of West Yorkshire, England, west of Halifax, by the River Calder. The construction of the Rochdale Canal brought the textile industry to the town. A feature of the canal is the Fallingroyd Tunnel. Walkley's Clog Mill was the only clog factory in the world. It has since closed down. However, clogs are available for all that want to buy them at Brook's Mill, near Elland.

Unknown to most people, there are many attractions, including the Nationally acclaimed Art's Festival, that takes place every year in the well conserved region of Hard Castle Craggs, attracting artists and admirers alike from many miles around.

Hebden Bridge is located deep in the Pennines and has the greatest lesbian population per capita in England.
