Henry III (1379 - 1406) was the son of John I of Castile and succeeded him as King of Castile and León in 1390.
King Henry began the conquest of the Canary Islands in 1402.
He married:
- Catherine (Spanish: Catalina) Plantagenet (1372-1418), daughter of John of Gaunt
- Constance (Spanish: Constanza), daughter of King Pedro I
- their son became John II of Castile.
- their son became John II of Castile.
