They are diversified in the common language (Isoko) which is spoken in the area. Isoko has two main local government areas - Isoko South (Irri as Headqaurters) and Isoko North (Ozoro as Headquarters).Some Major towns in Isoko are: Irri,Ozoro, Okpe, Ofagbe, Uro, Ada, Orie, Idheze, Utue, Ivrogbo, Iyede, Owhe, Bethel, Oyede, Iluelogbo,Ivori,Ibrede, Emede,Olomoro, Igbide and others.
