Jeffrey William Titford is an English politician, former leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party, and member of the European Parliament for the East of England.

He had been a Conservative, and then joined the Referendum Party. He was the most successful Referendum Party candidate in the 1997 election, but then joined the UKIP. He became an MP in 1999, and was party leader from 2000 to 2002, when he stepped down for health reasons.

Before entering politics he was a businessman, and was president of the National Assocation of Funeral Directors.
