Keri Lynn Russell (born March 23, 1976) is an American actress and dancer, best known for her title role as Felicity Porter on the television series Felicity. She was born in Fountain Valley, California and grew up in Mesa, Arizona and Denver, Colorado.

Russell first found her way onto television as a cast member of the New Mickey Mouse Club variety show on the Disney Channel. She was on the show from 1991 to 1993, with her final year seeing the introduction of well-known entertainers Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake.

Ms. Russell has often appeared on television and film with curly hair, and controversy has followed in the past when it has been cut or has had a change in style (for instance, her hair was straightened during one season of Felicity).
