- Robert Alton Harris, d. 21 April 1992 by gas chamber for the murders of John Mayeski and Michael Baker.
- David Mason, d. 24 August 1993 by gas chamber for the murders of Joan Picard, Arthur Jennings, Boyd Johnson, Antionette Brown and Dorothy Land.
- William George Bonin, d. 23 February 1996 by lethal injection for the murders of Marcus Grabs, Donald Hyden, David Murillo, Dennis Frank Fox, Charles Miranda, James McCabe, Ronald Gatlin, Harry Todd Turner, Russell Rugh, Glenn Barker, Steven Wood, Darin Lee Kendrick, Lawrence Sharp and Steven Jay Wells.
- Keith Williams, d. 31 May 1996 by lethal injection for the murders of Lourdes Meza, Miguel Vargas and Salvador Vargas.
- Thomas Thompson, d. 14 July 1998 by lethal injection for the murder of Ginger Fleischli.
- Jaturun Siripongs, d. 9 February 1999 by lethal injection for the murders of Packovan Wattanporn and Quach Nguyen.
- Manuel Pina Babbitt, d. 4 May 1999 by lethal injection for the murder of Leah Schendel.
- Darrell Keith Rich, d. 15 March 2000 by lethal injection for the murders of Annette Fay Edwards, Patricia Ann Moore, Linda Diane Slovik, and Annette Lynn Selix.
- Robert Lee Massie, d. 27 March 2001 by lethal injection for the murder of Boris G. Naumoff.
- Stephen Wayne Anderson, d. 29 January 2002 by lethal injection for the murder of Elizabeth Lyman.
