- Lloyd W. Hampton, d. 21 January 1998 by lethal injection for the murder of Roy Pendleton.
- Durlyn Edmonds, d. 19 November 1997 by lethal injection for the murder of Richard Lee Miller.
- Walter Stewart, d. 19 November 1997 by lethal injection for the murders of Thomas Pviopoulos and Dinalo Rodica.
- Raymond Stewart, d. 18 September 1996 by lethal injection for the murders of Willie Fredd, Albert Pearson, Kevin Kaiser, Kenny Faust, Richard Boeck and Donald Rains.
- George Del Vecchio, d. 22 November 1995 by lethal injection for the murder of Tony Conzoneri.
- Charles Albanese, d. 20 September 1995 by lethal injection for the murders of Michael Albanese, Marion Mueller, and Mary Lambert.
- Girvies Davis, d. 17 May 1995 by lethal injection for the murder of Charles Biebel.
- James Free, d. 6 April 1995 by lethal injection for the murder of Bonnie Serpico.
- Hemando Williams, d. 22 March 1995 by lethal injection for the murder of Linda Goldstone.
- John Wayne Gacy, d. 10 March 1994 by lethal injection for the murders of Greg Godzik, John Szyc, Rob Piest, John Butkovich, Tom Boling, David Talsma, Robert Winch, Russell Nelson, John Mowery, Robert Gilroy, Matthew Bowman, John Prestige, Rick Johnson, William Carroll, Samuel Stapleton, Randall Reffelt, Darrell Simpson, Billy Kindred, Frank Landingin, James Mazzara, and 13 unidentified others.
- Charles Walker, d. 12 September 1990 by lethal injection for the murders of Kevin Pauls and Sharon Winkler.
