Mercer County, New Jersey, County Highway 653 is a county highway in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. It is Calhoun Street in Trenton, New Jersey from an intersection with Business United States Highway 1, United States Highway 206, and New Jersey Secondary Highway 583 to the Calhoun Street Bridge, where the highway ends as it goes into Pennsylvania. In fact, it was part of NJ 583 before that highway was truncated into a stupid multiplex.

In earlier times, this highway was part of the Lincoln Highway's routing through New Jersey.
