Møre is a bishopric which geographically consist of Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Bishop and cathedral in Molde. The bishopric was established in 1983, when Sunnmøre was transferred from Bjørgvin bishopric, and Romsdal and Nordmøre from Nidaros bishopric to form the new bishopric of Møre.

Bishop is Odd Bondevik.

The name Møre is actually the result of a settlement between the three regions of the bishopric, where Sunnmøre, with almost one half of the population, would accept that the bishop be located in the geographical center of the bishopric, Molde (in Romsdal), if the name region name Romsdal was excluded from the name of the bishopric.
