Main Page | See live article | Alphabetical index National Tsing Hua University (國立清華大學) is a university in Hsinchu, Taiwan, Republic of China. After the Chinese Civil War, Tsinghua University was split into one in Beijing and one in Taiwan. The two Tsinghua Universities are not affiliated with each other, but both claim to be successors of the original Tsinghua University. Because of these dispute, both universities claimed to be the rightful recipient of the funds from the Boxer Rebellion indemnity that was used to start Tsinghua University.
