The New College of Florida is a four-year public liberal arts college in Sarasota, Florida. It is Florida's smallest state-run college, with 60 faculty and 650 students.
NCF was founded in 1960 as a private college, and was merged into the state university system in 1975. It is affiliated with the University of South Florida, although it runs most of its operations independently and only relies on USF for computing and infrastructure support.
