The Middlesex County, New Jersey section of NJ 440 starts at Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike (where it continues as Interstate 287) and continues to the Outerbridge Crossing in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. After spending some distance in Staten Island, NJ/NY 440 crosses the Bayonne Bridge into Bayonne, New Jersey, where the Hudson County, New Jersey section starts. NJ 440 then continues through Bayonne and Jersey City, New Jersey before ending at the U.S. 1/U.S. 9 Truck route. This article is from Wikipedia.
