Given Discordians, it is said to be a running joke, a clever pun, five tons of flax, almost but not completely unlike a duck, a labotomy, and fnord. Every now and then, Discordianists claim responsibility for a particularily obfuscated, confusing or counter-productive governmental or industrial act.
