Otto Nomous is an anarchist, filmmaker, writer, artist, and prankster who has been involved in anarchist politics within the United States. Most of his self-produced movies are released under Passionbomb Motion Pictures. He is a member of RACE (Revolutionary Anti-authoritarians of Color). Otto Nomous is a pseudonym based on the word autonomous.
