Perkins Restaurant and Bakery is a North American casual-dining restaurant. Known for serving breakfast throughout the day (much like their competitor Denny's), they also specialize in producing high-quality baked goods such as muffins and pie.

The first Perkins was started in 1958 by Matt and Ivan Perkins in Cincinnati, Ohio. By 1985 the Holiday Inn Corporation, now owners of the Perkins chain, sold their interest in the restaurants to The Restaurant Company (TRC), a holding company owned by Donald N. Smith.

TRC has grown the chain to over 500 restaurants in the US and Canada.
