Phil Piratin (born 1907) was a member of the Communist Party of Great Britain and one of their three members of parliament. His background was as a Jewish communist activist, anti-fascist and defender of tenant's rights.

He was elected to represent Stepney in East London in the 1945 General Election. He was defeated when he stood for re-election in 1950.
