General Sir Alexander Frank Philip Christison (November 17, 1893 - December 21, 1993) was a British military figure.

After serving in WWI, Christison commanded the British forces at Rangoon, and solidly destroyed the Japanese campaign there. Eventually becoming the highest-ranking British officer in Southeast Asia, he took the surrender of all Japanese forces in that area on September 3, 1945.

Christison later went on to become Secretary of the Scottish Education Department in the 1950s and 60s.
