Richard Grosvenor, the 2nd Marquess of Westminster (1795-1869) was a English property tycoon. His family owned large estates just outside the urbanised areas of London, some of which had been built on before.

He was responsible for the development of Belgravia, which he commissioned Thomas Cubitt to design.
