Rock Township is a township located in Pipestone County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 184.

The racial makeup of the township is 99.46% White, 0.00% African American, 0.54% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
