Ron Kind (born March 16, 1963), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1997, representing the Third Congressional District of Wisconsin. Born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, he attended Harvard University, and the London School of Economics, and the University of Minnesota, obtaining a Law degree there. where he was born.
