Ayatollah Sadegh Khalkhali (آیت‌الله صادق خلخالی in Persian) has been one of the hardline officials of the early years of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He is famous for his many orders of hanging of Iranian officers of the Pahlavi era, most specifically Abbar Abbas Hoveida, a former prime minister.

He died in 2003 at the age of 76 after a heart problem.
