Sandy Wilson (born May 19, 1924) is a British composer and lyricist, best known for his musical, The Boyfriend (1954).

Wilson was born in Sale, England, and was educated at Harrow School and Oriel College, Oxford. Most of his work for the stage was material for revues, starring such performers as Peter Cook. His other musicals include:
