Blair as Cecile Caldwell in Cruel Intentions

Selma Blair Beitner (born June 23, 1972) is an American actress.

She was born in Michigan and studied at the Stella Adler Acting School and also attended Hebrew School as a child. Her Hebrew name is Batsheva.

Blair's most known films are Cruel Intentions (1999), which also starred Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Legally Blonde. More recently she appeared alongside Cameron Diaz and Christina Applegate in The Sweetest Thing (2002).
