Surrey is home to several communities including Fleetwood, Whalley, Guildford, Newton, Cloverdale, and South Surrey. Surrey is part of the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Surrey has recently been branded as the Car Theft Crime Capital of North America (see external link below).
