Todd Tiahrt (born June 15, 1951), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995, representing the Fourth Congressional District of Kansas. He attended Evangel College and received an M.B.A. from Southwest Missouri State University. He was elected to the Kansas State Senate in 1993, and served there until 1995, when he was elected to the House. He currently serves as the Deputy Majority Whip.
