Top 10 is a comic book superhero series published by the America's Best Comics imprint of DC comics.

Written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Gene Ha and Zander Cannon, the series details the lives and work of a fictional superhero police force. It is somewhat like the Justice League of America crossed with Hill Street Blues.

The twelve issues published thus far focus on the characters of Precinct 10, via the arrival of newbie/rookie Robyn Slinger, a.k.a. Toybox (because her superpower involves controlling a box full of intelligent robot toys). All the members of Precinct 10 have some kind of special power or gimmick — as indeed do most of the inhabitants of the city they police.

In 2003, a spin-off series of Top 10 began, called Smax, following Toybox and the eponymous Smax -- an invulnerable, surly, blue-skinned giant -- to Smax's home dimension. Smax is written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Zander Cannon.
