The USS Vandegrift (FFG-48) is an Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate of the United States Navy. The ship was named after Alexander A. Vandegrift, 18th Commandant of the Marine Corps.

Vandegrift was built at Todd Pacific Shipyards, Seattle, Washington, launched 15 October 1982, and commissioned 24 November 1984.

On 19 November 2003, the frigate became the first US warship to enter Vietnamese waters in 30 years, when it made a four-day port call at Ho Chi Minh City.
