Venustiano Carranza is one of the 16 delegaciones (boroughs) into which Mexico's Federal District is divided.

The borough was named after President Venustiano Carranza, the chief architect of the Mexican Constitution of 1917.

This part of Mexico City is home to the districts of Jardín Balbuena, Penitenciaría, and El Arenal.
